Norman parish church in the middle of St Briavels village, opposite the Castle.

From Monmouth (8 miles/15 mins) - A466 towards Chepstow. After 5 miles, just before Bigsweir Bridge (lights) sharp left up hill. After 1 mile, right to St Briavels, then another mile up more hill.

From Chepstow (10 miles/25 mins) - A466 towards Monmouth. In 8 miles, just after Bigsweir Bridge, turn right, up hill. After 1 mile, right to St Briavels, then another mile up more hill.

The George is a pleasant pub serving good food, 3 minutes walk away.
