Italian pianist Sofia Sacco has played extensively throughout Europe and the UK, appearing as soloist in more than 60 recitals in Italy, Germany, Spain and Belgium. She began playing the piano at the age of 6. In 2019, Sofia moved to the UK to study at the Royal Academy of Music. After completing her Master of Arts and Professional Diploma, Sofia has been appointed Hodgson Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music.
Sofia will present a scintillating programme of keyboard works by English and European baroque masters, including J S Bach, Gibbons, Purcell, Scarlatti and Rameau.
