Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to become a member, make a donation or book a place at an event promoted by us. We will send you an e­mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order.  We do not send tickets or routinely communicate further other than in the event of a change to event arrangements.  In the case of events we hold a list at the door of the names of those who have booked.

How to place order

Follow the Events and Membership menus on this website to place an order.  In the event that there are no events in prospect, the menu may not be displayed.

In the event that you detect an error in your order, send an e-mail to [email protected] giving details to which we will respond.

Changes to these terms

These terms were last changed on 10th September 2020 and apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
